凱蒂食記:大方養生鐵板燒:光是看照片寫食記的這一刻就讓我巴不得再吃一次!所有的料理都是以原味來呈現,只用少量的鹽來調味。一開始上的是鮮菇清湯,緊接著就開始美食響宴,海鮮有Q彈的大明蝦,鮮嫩的大干貝,油脂豐富的圓鱈,但跟其他鐵板燒最不同的是牛肉四吃!四卷牛肉分別包了不同的食材,有飛魚子,鵝肝,cheese辣椒,烤蒜頭,每一口都是不同美味的體驗。飛魚子的口感就像跳跳糖一樣,鵝肝原本就是牛肉的最佳伴侶,cheese辣椒則完全顛覆我對鐵板燒的印象,蒜頭烤過後超香甜!吃到這裡其實已經飽了,但最可以看出師傅功夫的就是炒飯以及煎蛋(烏骨雞)🍳所以我們怎麼可以錯過呢。還好沒說不要!看!從來沒看過不用油還可以煎的那麼美的蛋!炒飯也是超贊的👍 粒粒分明!餐後的甜點也是我的愛,黑木耳,真是完美的一餐!Katherine's good diary: dafang teppanyaki : just by going through these pictures alone makes me drool already. Dafang teppanyaki presents all the ingredients by its original flavor, adding only a tiny bit of salt for seasoning. I love how clear the mushroom soup was. Surf and turf begins after the soup. Seafood selection was a combo of jumbo shrimp, medium rare scallop, and flaky sea bass, all lightly grilled to present how fresh the ingredients were. The best and my favorite part comes right after the seafood! Four different rolls of sirloin: fish roe, foie gras, garlic, and chili cheese. Each tasted extremely different but equally delicious! Fish roe was very interesting on the texture as it pops in your mouth on every bite, foie gras and sirloin for me as compatible as a married couple, garlic was grilled in advance to bring out the sweetness, and lastly the chili cheese was a brand new experience. We were pretty full after surf and turf so we almost passed on the fried egg and rice. But our chef reminded us the real art of teppanyaki lies within those two dishes so of course we has to try some. I'm so glad we did because it was the prettiest egg I've ever seen and definitely the most tasty as well. Can you imagine these eggs were fried without a tad bit of oil?! Lastly, the meal was finished perfectly with my beloved black fungus soup.
